Carl from Pretend I'm Not Here appears as a guest on the Our Week in Video Podcast.
I was a guest on my first Podcast, woohoo. Ben and Rich from The Our Week in Video Podcast invited me on after reading my Starting My Business Blog. They were compelled by my candid posts about starting my First Video Business to contact me, and ask me about my experiences. It was a lot of fun.
If you want to have a listen, you can here:
Or you can download the Our Week in Video Podcast on ITunes... I'm still cringing from hearing my own voice...
Below is my latest Wedding Highlight video, which I filmed just before Christmas at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking Surrey...
Complete with Santa, his helpers, a Toastmaster, Batman cake, and some massive wine barrels that I couldn't find the taps for :-(
Phil and Caroline were great to work with, and everybody was up for a massive Christmas party with the band Cherry Pie playing the hits with Mic stands that looked like light sabres...
The below is a wedding I shot at Taplins Farm in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. Alasdair and Emma were a great couple to work with, and their kids were loads of fun during Emma's bridal prep.
It was a fun day with amazing weather, complete with bagpiper and a bouncy castle which saw more use from the adults and the Videographer, than the kids.
The below video is from the beautiful Wedding of Steve and Debra, which took place in the Berkshire Countryside in June.
The day started at St. Marks Church in Englefield, then the party really started back at the Farm, where a massive Teepee structure from www.stunningtents.co.uk was waiting for the reception, and full on Music Festival. Complete with A DJ from Ibiza, and a rocking band, the party went on well into the night. When you pile on top of this a Whiskey Tent, camp Fire, outdoor Games and events... It all makes for a fun Video to make for a Wedding Videographer.
I went for a non linear approach, to show off the couple's fun side, and to recreate the atmosphere that was present on the day, please take a look at the Wedding Video:
